From national Microsoft 365 transformation programmes to sovereign cloud migrations, identity modernisation and global tenant deployments, Andy has worked across complex environments where security, scale and practical delivery matter.
The examples below are presented by sector rather than customer name to respect confidentiality. They reflect programmes Andy has contributed to as part of wider delivery teams as well as engagements he has directly designed and led.

International Programme Delivery
A selection of transformation, migration, identity and security programmes delivered across regulated, public sector and international environments.
Contributed as part of a wider Microsoft delivery team to a national transformation programme consolidating 23 healthcare organisations into a single Microsoft 365 tenant and namespace.
The programme involved the migration of approximately 250,000 users from multiple messaging platforms and source environments into a common Microsoft cloud service.
Key areas
Supported a cross-tenant migration for a UK organisation required to operate within the United States defence supply chain.
The programme involved moving services from a UK-based Microsoft 365 Commercial tenant into a US-based GCC High environment, with additional consideration for sovereign cloud boundaries, platform capability differences, security controls and compliance obligations.
The target environment supported the customer's regulatory and contractual requirements while introducing a distinct operating model across identity, workloads and administration.
Key areas
Designed and delivered an MFA rollout platform to support the controlled onboarding of approximately 13,000 users across a large private healthcare organisation.
The solution helped coordinate user communications, registration and adoption while reducing reliance on manual service desk processes.
In parallel, developed the strategic blueprint for the organisation's wider cloud transformation programme, defining the target direction for modernising infrastructure, identity and Microsoft cloud services.
Key areas
Designed a shared identity, authentication and privileged access strategy spanning multiple public sector organisations.
The programme covered Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant authentication, passkey adoption, administrative governance and a structured Trust Level model for protecting high-impact roles and users.
Key areas
Leading the architecture and implementation of a new Microsoft 365 tenant for a global engineering and manufacturing organisation.
The programme includes tenant security baselining, identity architecture, authentication methods, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, endpoint strategy, licensing, governance and the roadmap for wider adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Key areas
Designed and delivered tenant-to-tenant migration strategies across multiple industries and organisational scenarios.
Experience includes identity planning, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, coexistence, namespace changes, migration sequencing and business continuity.
Key areas
Experience across regulated, public sector and international environments where security, governance and operational continuity are critical.
The same architectural principles apply whether an organisation has hundreds of users or hundreds of thousands. The difference is how governance, automation, adoption, coexistence and operational risk are managed.
Andy brings experience from national transformation programmes, regulated cloud environments, global organisations and focused specialist engagements. This allows recommendations to remain strategic while still being practical enough to implement.
Whether you are modernising identity, consolidating tenants, moving into a regulated cloud environment or defining a wider Microsoft 365 transformation roadmap, the first step is establishing a clear architecture and delivery approach.
