Don’t know about you but I have had endless problems with my VM services over the last few months. Just when I thought that things were at an all time low with them, I got a letter through the door saying that they were upgrading the broad band from 2mb to 10mb. Great! (or so I thought). a few months went past and I still wasn’t upgraded, I spoke to them the other day and they upgraded me…. or didn’t they??? my internet now seems to be running slower than it was before. I am sure they will put this down to the broad band be a speed up to 10mb, I tried out the 10mb last year and i was getting 8mb download speed.
Any way, I decided to do a search on Twitter for Virgin Media, I had no idea that so many people “tweeted” about VM! some good, but mostly negative! in some ways it made me feel better and that it wasn’t just me who had issues with them.
When their services are fully operational they are great, but this doesn’t happen a lot!, so where does our money that we pay them for these services go to? Who knows!
